VelvetFem delivers stylish womenswear across India with reliable service and clear delivery terms. Our priority is to get your order to you quickly while keeping the process simple and transparent.
DELIVERY CHARGE
We charge ₹60 for shipping on orders below ₹1500. Orders of ₹1500 and above qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value and shipping destination.
FREE SHIPPING
Applies automatically at checkout when your order total reaches ₹1500 or more. This offer is available for standard delivery within our service areas and is reflected in your order summary before payment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping location. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive an update once the order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary during peak seasons.
SHIPPING AREAS
VelvetFem ships within India. If your address is outside our delivery network, we will notify you and assist with alternatives if possible. We are continuously expanding our service areas to reach more customers.

When your order is shipped, you will receive shipment details so you can track delivery progress. Keep your phone and email available for order updates. Tracking information is shared via email and SMS when available.
DELIVERY ISSUES
