These terms govern your use of VelvetFem and the purchase of products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our policies and acknowledge that you have read them.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed on VelvetFem are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in our sole discretion, including if products are out of stock or if pricing information is incorrect.
PRODUCT PRICING
Prices displayed on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. VelvetFem may update prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be billed at the price shown during checkout.
DELIVERY CHARGE
₹60 on all orders below ₹1500. Orders worth ₹1500 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the order total and delivery location.
PAYMENT TERMS
– Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed. – VelvetFem accepts payment through the options available at checkout. – Order processing begins once payment is successful. – If payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests may be accepted before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we recommend using our Refund & Returns Policy to process returns. Any cancellation or refund is subject to our verification process.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on VelvetFem, including images, text, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reuse or reproduce our content without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VelvetFem is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
